Contractor: Whiting Turner Project Budget: $8.25M Construction of a 784 space pre-cast parking facility to support parking needs and new residence hall on development on Baylor University’s campus. Finishes included brick veneer, matching brick used on the rest of the campus, architectural precast, storefront and full landscaping.
